What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters
- Drive performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
- Partner with TA and L&D teams on workforce planning
- Use people analytics to inform HR decisions
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HRBP or generalist HR experience
- Experience supporting a GCC, MNC, or matrix-structured organization
- Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills
- Familiarity with HRMS/Workday a plus
