What You'll Do
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Build management reporting decks for finance leadership
- Partner with business teams on financial planning cycles
- Support month-end close and financial control processes
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or controllership experience
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
