By accessing or using wehirein.com (the "Site"), or by submitting a job application or hiring enquiry through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

WeHireIn is a specialist recruitment firm focused on hiring for India's Global Capability Centers (GCCs), founded and operated by Rajiv David. We connect candidates with internal WeHireIn roles and with open positions at our client organizations.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or enquiry form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content from the Site without permission.
• Upload any file containing malicious code as part of a job application.

Submitting an application through /careers or /jobs does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement. We review applications at our discretion and will contact you only if there is a potential match. For client roles (/jobs), client company identity is disclosed only after you are shortlisted, consistent with our confidentiality commitments to clients.

Submitting a hiring enquiry through /contact does not create a binding service agreement. Any engagement for recruitment services will be governed by a separate agreement entered into directly between WeHireIn and the client.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of WeHireIn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written consent.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeHireIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including any delay, error, or omission in processing a job application or enquiry.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
